How far is the beach?
The nearest beach is about 5 km away, around 10 minutes by car. North of Dénia are the sandy beaches of Les Marines, to the south the rocky coves of Les Rotes.
Do I need a car?
Yes. The villa is in a quiet spot outside the centre; you will need a car for shops, beaches and restaurants. There is a private parking space behind the gate.
Which airport is closest?
Alicante (about 95 km, 1 hour by car) and Valencia (about 110 km, 1 hour 15 minutes). Both have frequent flights from the UK and northern Europe.
What is nearby?
La Pedrera (3 km) has two bars, a tennis club, a small supermarket, a tobacconist and a pharmacy. The nearest large supermarket (Mas y Mas) is 4 km away. Dénia has a hospital.
Can you see the sea?
Yes, from the roof terrace you look out over Dénia to the sea. From the pool terrace you look at the Montgó.
What is included in the price?
The nightly price covers the villa and the pool. Final cleaning with bed linen and towels (€150) and electricity as used (€0.35 per kWh) are charged separately. The €400 deposit is refunded after departure.
How do I book?
Fill in the request form on the prices page. We will confirm availability and the total price. All bookings are subject to our General Terms and Conditions.
How many people can sleep there?
Up to 5. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160 x 210 cm) and a single bed (80 x 180 cm), bedroom 2 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The sofa bed in the living room is an extra option.
How big and how deep is the pool?
7 by 3 metres, 1.40 to 1.80 metres deep, with stone steps. The pool is private to the villa.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, air conditioning with heating in the living room and both bedrooms.
Are there sun loungers?
Yes, there are five sun loungers by the pool.
Can you cook outside?
Yes, there is an equipped area for outdoor cooking on the terrace.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
