Layout and facilities
Villa for 5 in the hills of Dénia, with views of the Montgó and the sea.
Villa La Paloma is in Dénia, near the Marquesa 6 area and the hamlet of La Pedrera. The detached house has about 62 m² of living space and 157 m² of terraces on a 950 m² plot. It has recently been renovated, with new beds, new mattresses and a new kitchen.
Arrival and living room
A gate opens onto the private parking space in front of the house. A few steps lead up to the covered entrance with lounge chairs: a good spot in the morning and afternoon sun, looking out at the mountains. Inside is the bright living and dining room with open kitchen, seating area, fireplace, a dining table for six and a TV with international channels, Netflix and HBO.
Bedrooms and bathroom
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160 x 210 cm) and a small single bed (80 x 180 cm). Bedroom 2 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The sofa bed in the living room (160 x 190 cm) provides an extra place to sleep. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen and utility room
The new kitchen has an induction hob with extractor, a combination oven/microwave and a dishwasher. The utility room has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.
Pool and terraces
From the utility room you step out onto the 135 m² rear terrace with table and chairs, five sun loungers and the pool (7 x 3 m, 1.40 to 1.80 m deep). From the terrace you reach the 22 m² roof terrace, with the sea and the town of Dénia on one side and the Montgó on the other. The garden is planted with Mediterranean trees and shrubs.
Comfort
Air conditioning with heating in the living room and both bedrooms. Hot water from an electric boiler.
Location and amenities
The villa is in a very quiet spot. The centre of Dénia and the nearest beach are about 5 km away, a Mas y Mas supermarket 4 km. La Pedrera (3 km) has two bars, a tennis club, a small supermarket, a tobacconist and a pharmacy. Dénia has a modern regional hospital. You will need a car.
