Villa La Paloma is a detached villa for up to 5 guests on the slopes of the Montgó, 5 km from the centre and beaches of Dénia. The pool, terraces and view are yours alone. Mountain views by day; in the evening, from the roof terrace, the lights of Dénia and the sea in the distance.

The villa sits on a quiet road between Dénia and the hamlet of La Pedrera. No overlooking neighbours, no traffic. The beach, the harbour and Dénia's tapas bars are a ten-minute drive.
Private pool and 157 m² of terraces
Behind the villa is a 135 m² terrace with a 7 x 3 m pool and five sun loungers. From the 22 m² roof terrace you look out over the sea and the town on one side and the Montgó on the other.
Compact, complete and newly renovated
Two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, and a living room with open kitchen. New beds and mattresses, air conditioning with heating in the living room and both bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine and a TV with Netflix and HBO.
What's nearby
Dénia has sandy beaches (Les Marines) and rocky coves (Les Rotes), a castle and a busy harbour with ferries to Ibiza. The Montgó walking trails start a few minutes' drive away. Jávea, Altea and Valencia make good day trips.
