Winter in Dénia: long-stay villa with pool on the Costa Blanca
Escaping the winter for a while? Dénia is one of the nicest places on the Costa Blanca to spend the winter: mild temperatures, plenty of sunshine, a lively town that carries on all year round and the Montgó mountain on your doorstep for walking. In the winter months we are happy to let Villa La Paloma for a month or longer.

Detached and quiet, with 2 bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen and a roof terrace with sea views. Air conditioning with heating in the living room and both bedrooms, wifi, dishwasher and washing machine. Private parking. Ideal for a couple, with room for visiting family or friends.

Price for a month or longer
For stays of a month or longer between November and March we offer a special monthly rate. Electricity is charged on usage. Ask for the monthly rate for your dates via the form on the prices page or send us a WhatsApp message. You book directly with the owner, with no booking fees.
